The Philadelphia Shakespeare Festival is seeking a full-time experienced General Manager. The GM reports to the Artistic/Executive Director. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: management of day-to-day financial functions; coordination, with the Artistic/Executive Director, of all development and fundraising activities; artist contract negotiations; budgeting; overseeing the box office; IT; HR. The successful candidate must have substantial non-profit management experience (performing arts management experience strongly preferred), experience with standard budgeting and accounting processes (including proficiency with Quickbooks), demonstrated success in fundraising.
